They don't climb, and they're not really flexible enough to trail: apparently what they want to do is grow over the top of the ground. Makes repotting sort of a challenge, because if they hit the edge of the pot and there's no more soil, they just grow straight down, so you wind up with thick stems containing sharp right angles, that won't unbend to fit in a new pot. Mine needs to be repotted right now, and I'm not sure how to do it, whether I should try to cut it back or twist the stems or what.

Also I had a minor problem with spider mites once. Though it didn't take much to get rid of them, it's worth keeping an eye out.

Nice enough plant otherwise. Mine (from Hy-Vee, a couple years ago -- the only time I've ever seen one for sale anywhere) hasn't looked particularly full since I got it, but some of that is my fault for letting it dry out too much between waterings.mr_subjunctivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14113199755474482747noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3952363213237852117.post-83995064417407612722010-04-16T18:10:46.497-05:002010-04-16T18:10:46.497-05:00What gorgeous plants...I have never ordered from a...What gorgeous plants...I have never ordered from a catalog...amazing that they arrived in such great condition!Cynthia Monicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11584501913145975628noreply@blogger.com
