The apartment is amazingly in pretty good shape since it hasn't been lived in in 5 years. Here are the before pics and we probably won't get much done up here till spring. It's pretty good size.

We have four apartments in our building. We redid all of them 18 years ago... I think it's about that time again. This time will be funner and I won't be so conservative. Make the project fun and you'll get through it easier. Have fun and good luck!
